Suggested use

Helps relieve pain, arthritis, rheumatism and is an antiseptic.

Simply add 20-25 drops to 1 ounce of unscented cream or another carrier. Also, can be used in a humidifier or diffuser, or use in your own creations such as rollers, soaps, sprays and more!

-May have antimicrobial properties and be useful for fighting off infections caused by bacteria and viruses

-May have analgesic properties and be useful for reducing pain and inflammation, particularly toothache pain

-Can be used to support oral health by promoting healthy gums and teeth

-Can be used to promote healthy skin by reducing the appearance of blemishes and supporting healthy skin function

-Can be used as a natural insect repellent.

Safety concerns

This oil may interact with certain drugs, may contain methyleugenol, and can cause skin sensitization. Never use essential oils undiluted, in eyes or mucus membranes. Do not take internally unless working with a qualified healthcare practitioner. Keep away from children and pets.

Before using perform a small patch test on your inner forearm or back. Apply a small quantity of diluted essential oil and cover with a bandage. If you experience any irritation use carrier oil or cream to further dilute the essential oil, and then wash with soap and water.
