In aromatherapy, cypress essential oil is celebrated for its calming and grounding properties. It is particularly effective in reducing stress, tension, and anxiety, helping to create a peaceful environment conducive to relaxation. Its anti-spasmodic qualities make it a valuable ally for soothing discomfort associated with menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms.
